Applications
Standards or controls for exosome characterization.
After testing, as long as there is no handicap or there is a problem with the experimental SOP, using ContrExo® exosome standard CTE-062 for electron microscopy, particle size and WB characterization will produce a better result. Therefore, ContrExo® CTE-062 exosome standard can be used as a positive ginseng for exosome characterization experiments to conduct quality control of the experimental process. It is not limited to electron microscopy, particle size, WB three yang and one yin characterization.
Other indicators such as Yang Ginseng for CD9/CD81/CD63 positive rate testing, Yang Ginseng for HLPC-SEC purity testing, and Yang Ginseng for membrane integrity testing can be used.
