Positive Particle Ratio of Tagged Target Protein

Instrument: N30E nano flow cytometer. Principle: Fluorescent antibody staining combined with NanoFCM analysis (human EVs only). When a target protein is displayed on the EV membrane with an HA or FLAG tag, the corresponding tag is also present on the exosome surface. After incubation with HA/FLAG fluorescent antibodies and cleanup to remove free antibodies, NanoFCM is used to calculate the proportion of tag-positive EV particles.
