The ExoEncap™ Exosome Small-Molecule Loading Kit for hydrophilic small molecules provides the core loading buffer and pocket columns for a convenient exosome-loading workflow.
The optimized loading buffer facilitates hydrophilic small-molecule loading. Pocket columns gently remove free small molecules from the loading mixture, yielding purified loaded exosomes for subsequent in vitro and in vivo delivery research. A hydrophilic fluorescent small-molecule positive control is included to help troubleshoot the procedure.
No specialized physical equipment such as an electroporator or sonicator is required. For research use only.
