Utilize this kit to purify EVs from frozen kidney tissue and tumor tissue. The results are as follows: It is recommended to utilize fresh tissue for a higher isolation yield and improved effect: Immediately remove non-research tissue types such as connective tissue and adipose tissue after taking the living body, utilize pre-cooled sterile PBS or physiological saline to clean blood and water stains, etc., and utilize sterile gauze/absorbent paper to absorb liquid on the surface. IF not processed temporarily, please store the tissue briefly at 4°C. The storage time should not exceed 6-8 hours.
