Olink's new generation proteomics platform can achieve high-throughput, high specificity, high sensitivity, and high dynamic range quantitative detection of targeted proteomes. Based on Olink Proteomics' Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) patented technology, the protein signal that is not easily amplified can be converted into a nucleic acid signal that can be amplified and detected. Combining the high specificity of antibody immunoassay and the high sensitivity/high-throughput characteristics of omics, it can accurately detect 21-3072 types of proteins, covering 100% of the major signaling pathways, and truly achieve ultra-sensitive targeted proteome detection.
