Here we report a battery-free, chipless, soft nanofluidic intracellular delivery (NanoFLUID) patch that provides enhanced and customized delivery of payloads in targeted internal organs.

The chipless architecture and the flexible nature of thin functional layers facilitate integration with internal organs.
